workplace design

Places to work

We feel right at home in creating work environments where different functionalities come together, and our retail and hospitality experience, comes in very handy. And that is exactly what an office nowadays should be.

Hub for engagement
Digitalization has revolutionized how we connect, but the physical realm remains irreplaceable. As a physical place where colleagues, clients, and partners converge, the office takes on a new role. And this is more than a meeting place, but as a hub for inspiration, innovation, and engagement.

Spatial branding
Whether a business is focused on products or services, almost every company sits in a physical office. We believe that this space needs to be designed to communicate the company’s identity in the broadest sense and make its values spatial and tangible. We call it spatial branding. A strong connection between the culture of the organization and the physical space will increase productivity, enhance creativity, and boost loyalty… and that’s why all our office concepts look and feel different.

Next Gen Office
‘The battle for talent’, attracting and recruiting bright young professionals, will be won by those who can best meet the needs of new generations. By 2025, Millennials will comprise 75% of the workforce, followed by Generation Z. This means that in the next 5 years, major shifts are needed in work environments that reflect the needs of these generations. We have a clear idea of what this means for the physical office. Our vision ‘the office as a festival’ is an example of this and are more than happy to tell you more about it.

Well-being
We believe that workplaces should foster the physical, mental and emotional health of employees. This goes beyond technical and functional solutions and requires an approach from the perspective of the individual. And this is where our retail experience comes in. Retail is all about thinking from the customer perspective. What do they about what do they want or need and how do they think, act and buy. We therefore design from a deep understanding of human behaviour and their fundamental needs.

Sustainable and circular office design
Unlike the traditional linear economy where raw materials are extracted, processed into products and discarded after use, the circular economy aims to reuse, repair, recycle and reuse materials and products as much as possible. As designers, we can play a significant role in this with the right design approach. Our choices matter. What matters is that we want to keep doing our best to get the maximum out of it. For ourselves, for others, and for our planet.
What matters lies in the intention, and we invite our clients to join.
