Physical meeting places
In our partnership NieuweVaart we founded with WT Interactive we create interactive meeting places. NieuweVaart helps companies and organisations translate their brand, products or services into physical meeting places with interactive content. Be it an office, experience centre or visitor centre. Our goals it to create meeting spaces that feel like the brand and that convey the story of the brand in an interactive way.


Story driven design
A successful visitor or experience centre acts as a storyteller. So, we use story driven design techniques to create narratives that highlight the brand's history, its values, products or services. Then, interactive displays, multimedia installations and physical objects are the various tools to tell these stories and take visitors on a journey that touches them.

How do you engage your audience in an information overloaded world? The answer lies in interaction. With interaction communication becomes a dialogue. Together with our friends from WT Interactive, we create spaces that invite participation, and interaction which is the only way to really engage your audience and get your story across.


Customer journey
The purpose of an experience centre is to contribute positively to a brand and the brand experience of its customers. Therefore, we see a visitor or experience centre as a physical touchpoint of a much larger customer journey. To properly determine the role and contribution of this physical touchpoint, we always design from the broader brand perspective by taking the entire customer experience into account.


Brand consistency
A thoughtfully designed visitor or experience centre is a tangible manifestation of a brand identity. In addition to the stories being told, materials, colours, textures and sometimes scents can be translations of a brand identity. They should seamlessly match the brand's values and messages, creating a consistent experience that binds the visitor.


Modular
An experience centre can be a mayor investment, so it needs to be a flexible and easily adaptable to new products or services, different seasons or marketing campaigns. A modular design approach to the physical elements and adaptable technologies ensure that the experience can always be up to date.
