With over 25 years of experience in designing and implementing concepts for major retailers and hospitality partners we offer two key services:
1. Lead architect for rollouts: we guide clients through the roll-out of their concepts across EMEA, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
2. Local architect for the Benelux market: we adapt and translate concepts and develop designs specifically for the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg and we guide the client trough local permits and regulations.

Supporting team and partner network
We have a supporting team with partners we know very well for expertise we don’t have in-house. This team consists of all the necessary consultants like MEP, structural engineering, fire safety etc. In projects we make them part of our team to be able to manage them directly. This saves time and therefore money. With projects across the EMEA, we also have an extensive local network to support projects.
